Menage at it's best! Very real, very believable, very emotional!

"My body remembered the times when we were ravenous for each other and the sense at home I found in his arms. My head pointed out all the times my heart ache for more."

Jacqs is tired of her on-and-off-again relationship with Bond. She decide that  she won't let him hurt her anymore. She is ready to move on, to find some sort of normalcy in a relationship.

"To be happy, to have a normal relationship where I don't feel like my heart is being ripped out of my chest over and over again."

The problem is she is falling for Red, Bond's best friend. She knows this cannot end well. They all belong to the same group of friends and Bond is not a very reasonable person.

"I'm done worrying about what he thinks. He certainly doesn't care what I think."

Stuck in Between is a story about relationships and friendship, and Ms. Bennett's characters feel so real and believable that the reader can have a cathartic experience with them.

Even though I don't agree with most of Jacqs's choices, she is an easy character to connect, relate and understand. She feels real, and the situation she has gotten herself into is very believable too.

Bond is the perfect antagonist. He is not a villain, but he is not a good guy. He is suppose to be one of the "heroes", the third fit into this perfect puzzle. Well, life is messy, and there is no perfection whatsoever here. This puzzle is complicated and Bond is an immature, selfish, spoiled little boy of thirty five years old. I hate him during most of the book, and that's why he is perfect. Ms. Bennett has given him the exact amount of love/hate qualities to be one of the most credible characters that I have ever find in a book.

Red is my favorite. Hmmm, that man is hot! He says all the right things at the right moments:

"Life is too short to wait forever to what you really want."

"I want to spank you Jacqs. And, I want you to willingly take it from me.""Why?"Because you love us both, and it'll make me feel better." 

If you like a book that makes you feel, that gives you heat as a compliment of an amazing plot, that indulges a bit into BDSM and menage, that has characters that could be you, me or any of our friends, you must read Stuck in Between!

I'm really stuck into this series right now, I can't wait to read the next book and I'm hoping that I will get to read more about these trio in the future.

"Let me be crystal clear with you; I'm not willing to be stuck in between the two of you and some feud. You have to decide if you can love me enough to let me love him too."
