What it's not to like? I would buy this book, in fact I did buy this book, without even reading the blurb.

I really loved Ivan and the ideas of all the Russians already on my mind.
Erin and her friends, I've liked a little less, but I'm usually hot guys team anyways. :) The heroine must be the kick-ass type for me to really love her.
Erin was an ok character, I just wished she wasn't so clueless.

It was not believable in real life. This is a novella, so the plot felt rushed, which made the characters fall in love in three seconds and Ivan risk his new-comfortable-conquered-life after a five minute conversation with Erin.
But I knew this was fiction, and if I enjoy the story, I don't care much about that.
The plot was fast-paced and easy to follow, and I finish the book wanting to know more. In fact, I bought book two as soon as I finished this one.

A great first scene, and some ok ones after that. I guess I was always expecting the rough part, but that's me. lol
The description of the scenes were good, just not very original.

It's not something I haven't seen before, but it's promising and very enjoyable.

This is my second review in twenty minutes, because GR didn't save my first one. I guess this one is a little rushed, so I'm sorry.
I've enjoyed the story, most important I'm looking forward to the series, that it felt promising for me.
It was a fast, fun, hot read!

I felt about the same was Isabelle. I enjoyed it and will be checking out the rest of the series at some point. I would have liked it to be a little longer so things didn't feel quite as unbelievable/rushed but still not a bad little distraction :)

Yeah, I'm doing as a group read from a GR group, so it's fun. The book was ok, but not wonderful. I'm expecting it to get better. The author have a few short-stories on her homepage with the characters, it's fun. :)
